Further, there is a long-standing tradition that at some point during the match, there is a cease-fire, which involves crossed brooms and a drink-up.

Screw bowling. Curling is the way to go. League dues are a bit pricey, but the company is good and we’ve got the money. Since there’s to be no Hockey this year, we need something to occupy our winter. Curling may well fit the bill.
