This just in
Spicy bean dip makes a delicious substitute for Sausage, in an equally Delicious Egg Omelette. AS did fat free turkey chili on Tuesday morning.
Also of note. Coleslaw/cabbage is the new air. But reports are in that it is delightfully tasty, andd will become a fast staple for weeks to come.
This morning, I am full of yesterday’s fiber, and resting comfortably at 175, with 30 inches around my waist. Cake, although it’s taste still lingers on my tongue, has left the building.
Mmmmm, cake.
