Got news today that my new TIVO is not only delayed, but altogether cancelled. I got a good deal on it, which was why I was willing to pick it up in January, rather than Next month.

Guy selling it to me can’t find the Power Cable after two days, so He gave up. Mind you, I have a cable that will do nicely (it is a standard item, in a tech filled house), and have informed him accordingly.

But if I want to, I can buy the next model up, NEW, for $150 more. It’s sooo, sooo tempting.

But I think I’m going to pass for now.

Too much stuff as it is (hurts, hurts to type this)

Next month, though. Definitely. And I’m still going to be shuffling my boxes around a litle, just to make it interesitng. We’ll have to see what comes of it, but I think it will be fine.

Ed: He found the cord, after he made a return to my CC. So, in theory, we are back “on”, and I should have what I paid for inside of a week. Mind you, he found it last night, when he got home from work. And told me about it just a few minutes ago.
