Update
Happy to report that four straight days of CAKE have had no ill effects. Or rather, no lasting ones.
I’m on a maintenance kick until the end of the month, eating reasonably and tastily. RadCon looms, but I also know that while on the road, I work out regularly.
Yesterday’s weigh in was a hydrated 184. Breakfast was oatmeal. Lunch was a cheese and greens salad, tossed with fire roasted salsa. Meal 3 was fruit, and the final consumption was again sausage + Cake + red wine.
This morning’s weigh-in was a slightly dehydrated 183.
