In other news, again, with feeling

Last night’s wrestling match with the interests has finally granted me the blazing fast internet speeds I have not yet been charged for, both for myself and for TIVO.

This has several advantages, especially since Amazon.com went a little crazy during last Thursday morning’s period of insomnia, and offered up Battlestar Galactica Season 2 and 3, and House Season 4, for digital download at the absolutely insane price of $5 a season.

I did not drop a digit there.

Seasons Change

The Winter of 1205 is over, again. What are now chapters 1-16 have grown by about 12K words, fleshing out relationships I liked, but did not love.

Also added and/or expanded are secondary plots, and more of what one reviewer has termed “slowly unfolding horror, both mystical and existential.”

Total MS length now is ~84K, with two more sections to go/revise.

Here’s to a long and glorious Summer.
