Showtime, part the second

photoYes, I’ve been busy. Moving on now.

A lot of what I’ve been doing over the past few months is preparing for a big fiction year in 2016. I’ve been reading, a lot, and watching a lot of episodic television. I’ve re-engaged the magical mingling machine, and refreshed my hypothetical rolodex with new professional contacts, as well as re-connecting with some old ones.

Glacial progress continues on follow-up volumes to Homefront and Seasons of Truth, both of which are now available in my bright and shiny new online store. So if you’re looking for signed copies or DRM-free e-books, you might want to stop by and pick up what you need.

(Shelf-friendly paperbacks of both novels are also available at your local bookstore and all the normal online channels, so be sure and ask for them by name. Better yet, tell all your friends, and leave a review online for the world to see.)

If you do happen to visit the store, you’ll also see copies of Lindsey’s book, A Ragged Magic. Getting it back in print has been a major focus for me since I last posted (along with a few hundred thousand words of day job, but more on that in a bit), and I’m happy to offer it through all the major channels. She’s hard at work on the sequel, and from everything I’ve seen so far it’s going to be a really great book.

One other project I’m really proud of is the Knockout content update for TERA. I’m not claiming all the credit for this great release, but I did write the backstory for our iconic brawler Marda, two short vignettes that showcase what TERA’s newest character class is all about. And if you’d rather watch than read, the Creative Services team and I put together an animated version that’s a lot of fun.

So that’s it for now. I’ll be attending the RadCon 7 science fiction convention next month, my 25th in a row and the one show I never miss. Drop in on one of my panels, bring books to sign ( or buy some from me there, I’m easy), and come to my Saturday evening reading to hear some of my current work.

It’s a new year, and we’ve got a lot of work to do and even more fun to have doing it.
