Bang Bang

Shoot ‘Em Up

Is every bit as good, fun, funny, and genre/milieu appropriate as “they” said it would be.

Clive Owen kicks so much ass, you’d never know he’s the one-legged Man with a +6 handicap. And he’s still taking home the Green Jacket, if you catch my drift.

This is 86 minutes you will never, ever [...]

Which I can barely move without dull, burning pain that is riding high both in my back, and up in the meat of the shoulder itself.

Even directing the fingers of my left hand over the keys is more painful than I like to [...]

by the size of the stack of cards have now, it appears to have worked. Jobz = closer , and drinks = free.

And my brothers are safe @ home.

Time for the sleeping now.

Cunning plan, I haz one

I have determined the source of the MASSIVE, UNENDING PAIN in my neck and shoulder to be a combination of the forced perspective of my desk, and my steadfast desire to sleep on my stomach in a vain attempt to sleep at all.

Last night I planted myself firmly on my non-breathing back (the lack of [...]

Dear Universe,

This is me, not writing today. Vegetables were acquired, consumed, and now are slowly turning into undigestable fiber in my Belly.

	Yumm.

And in other news, they totally make pudding out of soybeans.

I may post some pictures later, if this period of not writing continues.

Victory?

Back to bed, read another 80 pages of Saberhagen, and then fell into blessed sleep.

Four hours later, I’m up, showered, and eating oatmeal.

With a novel outline for the short story plot I came up with yesterday. Damnit.

Writing the hook down in the brown notebook, and then it’s back to B.2. The new pacing should [...]

In the hour between 1 and 3…

It’s a damn good thing that my “job” these days is to write, and look for a job.

I fought against getting out of bed. Fought against it pretty hard, but the words would not let me.

Last night, I had another one of those crazy little epiphanies, this time one that affects all three books.

	Including [...]

4:45 PM

More or less took the day off from writing, but while walking after lunch I had several realizations about how to frame B.2.

Then I played some video games, fixed a one word error in B.1 that I had somehow neglected this past week, then started watching a Star Trek episode.

By the time it was done, [...]
